FAQ
1. What ages of children do you accept?
We welcome children from 12 months to 5 years old.
2. How do I register for a spot?
If space is available, you can register right away. If we are full, we will add your name to our waitlist and contact you once a spot opens. To secure a space, we require a $100 non-refundable registration fee and a refundable deposit.
3. How are fees charged?
Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. We accept payment by pre-authorized debit or e-transfer.
4. Do you accept the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB)?

5. Are you part of the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI)?
Yes, our listed fees already include the CCFRI discount.
6. Do you provide meals and snacks?
Parents provide both lunch and snacks for their child. However, we always keep milk and simple snacks available at the daycare, so children can be offered extra if needed. Please note, we are a nut-free daycare.
7. How do you handle allergies or food restrictions?
We maintain a strict nut-free policy and will work with families to safely accommodate confirmed allergies and dietary needs.
8. What is your sick child policy?
If a child becomes ill during the day, we will contact parents for pick-up. Children should remain at home for at least 24 hours after symptoms to help prevent the spread of illness.
9. What does a typical day look like?
Our daily schedule includes circle time, music and movement, arts & crafts, outdoor play, story time, and rest time. We focus on learning through play in a fun and safe environment.
10. Do children get outdoor time every day?
Yes! Outdoor play is an important part of our program. Weather permitting, children spend time outside each day in our play areas.
11. How do you help new children adjust?
We offer a gradual transition period, allowing children to get comfortable with our space and teachers at their own pace. Parents and staff work together to support this adjustment.
12. What items should parents bring each day?
A packed lunch, snacks, water bottle, extra clothes, diapers/pull-ups if needed, and any comfort items for nap time.
13. Do you allow screen time?
No. We believe toddlers learn best through hands-on play, interaction, and exploration.
14. Can I tour the daycare before enrolling?
Yes, we’d love to meet you! Please book an appointment, and we’ll be happy to show you around our space and answer your questions.
